Hi I'm Stacy,

Just to give you a little information about who I am, I started my real estate career in the commercial side in the mid nineties.  I started finished and operated seven different businesses before selling them all off to move tho this great town of Spokane in 2001.  When I moved here I worked as a mortgage loan officer and servicing agent for a large corporate bank.  Later to branch off as an independent loan consultant.  Shortly after I met a wonderful friend that had interest in residential investment properties...so off we went.  I have a very strong background in customer service so when I had an agent that I didn't feel did the best job for us in buying our residential investment properties, I decided to get my own license. I have been practicing real estate as a broker/agent ever since. I take my job very seriously with a lot of pride in making sure my customers are very happy with what they buy.  In the entire time I have been an agent I have only had two clients I have sold properties to sell them.  The only reason they sold was to move out of state.  As of currently I have not had a single one of my clients in foreclosure and very proud to say so.  I am very concerned with all of my clients well being and believe very strongly in watching out for their future as well.  Recently I received a nomination from Spokane Regional Convention & Visitors Bureau for outstanding customer service and hospitality in tourism in our great town.  I am a little surprised by the nomination and very excited to meet with others that were nominated to learn more from what consumers are judging as the best in Spokane.  Call me any time with any real estate question you might have!!
